Anyway i brought the cheese cake back to office on next day (of course without the blood sponge cake) The whole day I was really wishing 6pm come quickly and we all can have small party. When finally 6pm, we were so exciting and took picture, laugh in the pantry.... when boss and other good team mates eating the cake, all of them displayed strange, WHAT HAPPEN??? After I tried.... the cake was salty!! WHY?? At that time I was really want to cry. 眼淚在心裹流..... They kept laughing, they kept saying that's okey, that's no problem, that is memoary, this can make them remember...... but i felt so bad and sad.... I used the whole night prepare and plan........ suger --> salt? I believe i didn't do anything wrong on the cake!!!
Of course it can't eat and throw away finally.
The point is boss is leaving soon. He is out of town for business next week. It's seem no time to make again. Cake can not delivery to tokyo.... crying......

dear catherine: thank you very much for making the cake for me. the taste may be a bit different from what you expected, but i sincerelly appreciate your kindness and efforts. i also must say thank you on your help which you kindly gave me for this one and half years. i cannot did what i've done if you were not there. though i am leaving hk, we are still friends. we can keep contact. and my new assignment in tokyo is to support the business of the company's asian branches, so i beleive that we will also have chance to work togather. i wish your success and happiness from tokyo.
